Trane oil hot air furnace timer cleancut solenoid
I have a new Trane 80 xv oil fired air furnace. Hooked up and powers on.

Can someone explain whether the 21844u cleancut pump needs a solenoid valve kit
One says non-delay 21807U other is pd timer delay cordset . Does either
One work? Should it work without it. What does it do? Can clean cut pump work without it?

    Furnace is a 2006 87000 BTU nosel Beckett 82.6 ahv1m087a9v5saa Highboy

The main question is why you are asking this question to start with?

Does the burner have a selonoid operated oil cut off device on it now?

New Trane oil furnace had to buy clean cut pump separately. I purchase a new clean cut pump. Also bought a copper kit that was I separate solenoid valve. But I assumed =
that the Trane xv was a variable speed furnace and came with the valve but not sure.
Do I need to connect #9 on the parts blowup kit 'solenoid valve' to the oil line?
Sorry I am dumb and just need this going bad.

Also think I need a 2 speed thermostat not a 1 speed thermostat.

The last thing is a fan delay for a draft inducer Field Controls the two wires
go on the delay relay that runs 4 minutes after circulation fan ends

can you help me finish this?

I do not have the install documents you do. I can tell you this much. You need to follow the manufactures install instructions to the letter especially on oil.

Now it sounds like you are doing a complete new install with a oil furnace. If you do not know what you are doing STOP now and get a qualified installer to help you ON SITE at your location. There is no way I can do a install it from here or instruct you how to do it especially without all the documents/plans/install instructions.

I can tell you this much. The Field Control draft inducer for the flue/on the flue pipe has to be installed perfectly and it must be interlocked back to the oil burner control system OR someone will get real sick or die from CO poisoning. I always stayed away from them unless the chimney did not have enough draw or I was going to properly side wall vent the furnace and if that is the case you HAVE to use the complete Field Draft control kit and follow the directions to the letter.

Sorry but from here this is the best I can do.

    Can anyone answer these questions

    1. Does a Trane 2 stage need a 2 stage thermostat?
    2. the Field control unit just needs the relays as they
Hook on to the furnace. It was already working.
    3. Does a clean cut pump need this solenoid kit or not
On an oil Trane 80 xv ?

    1. Does a Trane 2 stage need a 2 stage thermostat?

If it is a true two speed and has the thermostat wiring then yes. But usually you can just run one speed if you wish as long as the instructions say it will work.

    2. the Field control unit just needs the relays as they
hook on to the furnace. It was already working.

OK just hook the relays up. I have no idea where they were hooked before or where they go now without the wiring diagram for the furnace and the field Control.

Here is a link to a wiring diagram you might find useful.

    http://www.fieldcontrols.com/pdfs/46311800.PDF

    3. Does a clean cut pump need this solenoid kit or not
on an oil Trane 80 xv ?

    Here is what it does

The solenoid valve cuts oil flow almost instantly when power is cut to the motor, eliminating coasting stops that can cause soot formation on shut-down. Pre-purge type controls work hand-in-hand with the CleanCut pump to establish airflow and bring pump pressure up to full operating levels before light-off. This ensures smoother and cleaner light-offs.

Now if it came with the burner/furnace then it should be installed.
