Is my VCR digital or not?
Getting ready to hook-up my mother-in-law's older TV to digital converter box. I can't determine if her SONY VCR - VHS HiFi MODEL: SLV-750 or SLV-650 is digital ready.

The switch to digital will not affect VCR's or DVD Players, meaning that you don't have to have a special brand or type of VCR, the same one will still work.

If you mean for recording, it can still record but the signal has to go from the antenna to the converter box, then to the VCR and then finally to the TV itself.

Thank you for answering my question. It will save my in-laws from worrying. Grampa is 94 and gramma is 88 and they like to tape their soap-operas so they don't have to watch all of the commercials and it will save them some money too.
