    How to have a certified kitchen in Florida
    I would like to know the steps needs to open a certified kitchen in clearwater Florida. All the legal steps

    Do you meant a kitchen certified for catering? The certificate comes from the Health Dept. which is run by the county. You must contact your county's Health Dept. and find out what there requirements/standards are.

    Yes, there are a lot of rules by the health department, your first stop will be with them, everything from type of pans you have to use, to temp of water, dish washing procedure and more
