    Number of allowances in W4 Form - on H1 in US
    Hi,

    I am in USA on H1 and got married last year in July. My wife is on H4 in USA with me and would like to know how many allowance deduction can I place in my W4 form. If I go through the form then it seems I can claim up to 3 allowances.

    Can some one please clarify .

    Claim 2 or 3 allowances.
