Hi, my husband just bought a car, but unfortunately, he lost the papers of the car( registration, title, etc.. ) can he get a copy of those papers in the DMV? If so, how?

In my area the DMV does not handle Title work, but there is usually a State Title agency near them... and yes, all you have to do is go get a replacement. Call first to confirm what documentation to bring (probably just ID, but call first to be sure) and they'll print you off a replacement.
