This is quite a difficult one, has anything changed in your household recently? I know its an odd question but if anything has changed this may have upset the dog?

If not it could be a urinary problem, like a bladder infection or scent marking as the dog comes to sexual maturity. If it continues you may want to just check it with your vet. Sorry I can't be of more help and hope it sorts itself out soon.
