Add Domain Account to local administrator Group in Windows 2003
    Hi All,

This is Phani. I have a requirement in Windows 2003 Server.

I installed Windows 2003 Enterprise Server on my desktop, creating Domain Controller DOMAIN and domain account BCMAdmin. Now I have to add this domain account to Local Administrator Group. Now I have started "Computer Management" console. Here I don't see the node "Local Users and Groups" to add the user.

Could someone please suggest me how can I achieve this?

    Thanks in advance...

    Regards,
    Phani.

You can not have Local user accounts on any server configuration that is part of a domain.

    Hi Phani,
Since your system is promoted as a domain controller, I'm sorry to tell you that it is impossible to get a local users and groups option in your computer management window.
