I'm planning to transition to working remotely for a new employer. My question: if the employer doesn't pay for equipment (i.e. fax, printer, copier, phone, etc) that I'll use to do my work - can I expense this on my taxes? Based on my reading of the "home office" definition, I won't meet this...

I moved from FL to TN in the last tax year. Someone has said that if I have receipts from my moving company I can "claim" these on my taxes. First of all, can I? Second, how do I do this? Thanks in advance, A clueless worker drone

My husband's new company paid for us to move but we still had to stay at a hotel and drive to the new location in two vehicles. Can we get reimbursed on the hotel stay, meals and mileage for the two vehicles? Thanks
