    What to do
    My wife has a son that is 13
    Years old he wants my name no fath on birth cert. but his dad had a blood test done and he is his but he has been in prison since his son was born. His dad is in prison for malestationof a minor and other charges but,want get out until my wife's son is about 22 yyears old

    Do you want to adopt the child ?

    It is very possible that you can get an attorney and go for adoption,
