    Have full tests run to make sure you are both fertile and that nothing is wrong.

    If necessary, visit a fertility specialist.

    Track her ovulation and have sex on the day she ovulates and the days immediately after.

    Break up, then get drunk together and use a condom... seemed to work for a few of my friends :p

    Well we seem to be skipping the marriage step but OK

    Most recommend the cheap way is have intercourse every other day and if that doesn't work in six months to a year then you need to go see a doctor
