    F1 visa related
    1. After getting admission to a full time graduate program (MS) in US, and before getting necessary douments for visa stamping if one gets married - one should aplly for F1 visa or H4 visa if the partner is having a valid H4 visa.

Will the visa officer deny F1 visa to the candidate as getting married to a H1 visa holder will be considered as a potential immigrant.

    2. After one joins for the gradate program in US and during the semester break or during university holidays on coming back to parent country , if one gets married can she contine the balance study in F1 visa or change to H4. Is it mandatory to inform about the change in marital staus to visa authorities and endorse the same in passport before leaving to US to continue the balance study.
