    Hi, kinganswer!

    Then you would advertise in local printed media, trade magazines and on the Internet on places where you can post ads for this type of thing. Lots of free classified sites out there.

    Talking to managers at clothing stores will probably give you some other ideas.

    You also need to put together a business plan.
