    Husband wants to adopt my kid
    My daughter is 3 and my child's father is no where in sight. My husband has been taking care of her since she was one and half and now wants to adopt her. How do we go about getting that set up.

    Find a family law attorney to draw up the papers. The attorney will advise you as to what's necessary to either get the father to relinquish his rights or have them terminated.

    Let the attorney handle this for you.
