    Animated Dog Movie or Short from the 80's
    What is the name of the animated movie or short about a small funny dog. The dog is tortured by the family, and is sent to an evil nazi dog trainer. The house gets robbed by crooks. The family comes home and there are shadows where all the furniture used to be. The movie is hilarious, the characters are drawn all hideous and creepy. I am pretty sure it was an HBO movie or short. I thought it was just called "The Dog" but imdb and netflix hadn't a clue... does this silly little movie ring a bell for anyone? Thanks
