Recently I found out that my child has not been sleeping at my ex's house when he is with her. It was my understanding that if the child is sleeping somewhere else regularly (like every night) that she has to provide me with a contact and address. She of course is refusing stating that its not my business but I simply feel I should be informed for emergency reasons. We live in Arizona. Can anyone help or point me in the right direction? Also she has openly admitted to keeping the child out past 11pm including Christmas Eve when she did not get home from a party with him until 11:30pm (granted this was an all adult party and was not with family... my opinion there was no reason for him to be there when he could have been at home and in bed with me instead). He is constantly being kept up, moved over and over again after going to bed and woken up numerous times in the night when he is with her. He is only 3 and I'm worried about the health affects of this. Any suggestions... when I try to talk to her about it she becomes very defensive but he is always sick when I get him back and I'm worried it may be because of this. I don't want to spend all of my time getting him better again when it could easily be fixed. I understand that she is still young and wants to have her fun but I don't feel the child should be put through it. Especially since I offer to care for him. Do I have any legal recourse? Please help!

First I am very confused by your pronouns. It is very unclear whether you are the mother or the father and whether your child is a male or female. The age of the child would be an important factor here.

This type of stuff should be covered by your custody agreement, doesn't it address any of this?

I am the father. My son is only 3 years old. It does state that she has to provide me with her address but I believe she is still technically living at the same place. As in all of her mail still goes there but she is sleeping at this other house every night.

If she is spending nights at some other address and keeping the child with her, then I don't see much grounds against her. But if she is staying someplace other than with the child, that could be an issue.
