    Verbal agreement dissolved in Texas
    Had verbal agreement that dissolved and partner stayed with all profits everyone that knew us knew about our 50/50 % partnership.

    Hello tudy:

    We're going to need more than THAT. If it "dissolved", that indicates that it was mutual, therefore you wouldn't be entitled to ANY profits...

    That's why you need to explain in DETAIL what happened, and what you want to DO about it.
