    How to prevent candy from dissolving
    I tring to make jelly candy and Turkish delight, this kind of candy needs to be coverd with sugar in the final step, every thing went good, But in the end when I cover the candy with suggar, it begins to melt.
    how can i prvent my candie from melting,

    Probably not enough cooking time for the candy to set properly and , while sitting out, too much humidity in the kitchen. Did you use a candy thermometer ?
