    Evicted tenant left "no lease" girlfriend in my house.
    Hello all on the list,

    I am a relatively new landlord; understand that I am learning my lesson here. I had a tenant that moved in three months ago, and I had received only 100.00 of my rent and a two hundred dollar deposit. The house is shared by two other tenants with separate leases and the rent is 300 per month per person and 100 in utilities. The evicted tenant signed a lease for two people of 800 per month. When I evicted him he moved and decided not take his girlfriend with him. She was never on the lease but he paid for the entire lower level of the house and she was living with him. Do I have to evict her separately?

    I want to do this correctly.

    Well she should have been listed, on your eviction, as a party to the original eviction.

    But if not, yes you have to evict her separately
