    Will I lose weight?
    Hello,
    I am 30 years old, I weight 192 and I am 5'5. I want to go down to 155 lb by June. I am not sure if that possible.

    I do work out 6 days a week and sometime even 7 days a week. I do Elliptical for 60 min or 70 min at lunch time and an other 60 min at around 5 in the afternoon.

    For the food I do eat just fruit and turkey sandwich most of the time and some vegetables and for my breakfast I do eat Special K with Strawberries.

    Can someone tell me if I will lose weight by June, I just want to reach 155 LB but I know that I need to lose more than that.

    A thyroid is what controls your metabolism. If your thyroid funtions properly then yes you will lose weight. Most likely it does because you are not significally over weight.
    Sounds like your on the right track. Your even working out more then what is recommended. Only thing I would say suggest is not to emphasize so much on your diet and exercise because when you over do it... it tends to fail. Because you it gets old after awhile and you get burned out. Look at is as a life change and try to switch up what your eating as well. One time I went on a diet and Only ate a hand full of foods and got tired of it quick and wnet back to my old habbits. Your body needs carbs and some fats. As strange as it sounds. Anything high in fiber and anything whole wheat, low fat, low sodium, and sugar free are fine.. Doesn't matter what it is. I think you are doing great!
    Continue what your doing if you feel that you can handle it. You will be thinner in no time if you keep up. Don't check the scale everyday Like I did. Do it once a week.
    Will you lose about 40 pounds in 6 months? Its VERY possible. Especially at the rate your going. My answer would be YES. Hope it helps. Happy holidays.
