    Levy of a Spouse
My husband has had a judgment for $23,000 for an accident he was in some 15 years ago. To date he has had his bank accounts ( including his business account) levied many times. We have NO joint accounts ie; bank accounts, credit cards, even my home is only in my name. Since the judgement was only against him, can they levy my bank accounts also.

No, they can only seize his assets; HOWEVER, if he puts his money in your account to shield it, they can get an Order against your account.

I haven't seen it often but I have seen it.

From the other side of things - how did he get a personal judgment against him for an accident? Personal injury? Damage to personal property, automobile? Unusual in my area.
