Is there a rule of thumb/IRS rule/guidance as far as how much salary (amount/percentage-wise) a owner of a corporation has to draw from the corporation?I myself provide services under the corporation and the corporation also has other employees providing services.

To my knowledge there is no hard and fast rule. If a C corporation, they can argue it is too high, and in an S that it is too low. "Reasonable" is the word. All situations are different and need to be looked at on a case by case basis
