    Can someone leave the state of Florida while pending a court date for felony charge?
    Can someone pending a court date for a felony charge in Florida be allowed to leave the state permamently, with the intent of returning to be present for court?

    When you were bonded or let out of jail on your own recognizance, you were given certain conditions for your release. They were written, and you signed them. THAT is where you will find your answer.

    Excon is correct. Generally if you are out on bond you are not supposed to leave the state period. Check your paperwork.
