    Hot water
    It is freezing outside only 4 degrees. I have hot and cold water everywhere in the house but in the upstairs bathroom I don't have hot water. Could anyone tell me why

    Is there a stop valve under this sink, if so close it and disconnect the line up to the sink, now partially open the line. Do you get water?
