    Non presence of mind and stressed
    Dear sir,
    My problem is related to "NON PRESENCE OF MIND" if I get to face a new situation which is effecting me negatively,my mind get stressed and I am not able to overcome the situation during that period,when that situation swallow me then I realise the solution,which makes me feel more underestimate,angery and irritated.What to do?

    Like what was the situation that you are referring to and elaborate a little more about it.

    You don't have to be perfect in social situations... just be friendly and open. When you feel yourself tensing up, have some rehearsed conversation ready so you don't panic. Have someone help you with this.
