    What is this permutation or combination
    Employees of large corporation are to be issued special codded identification cards. The code consists of 4letters of the alphabet. Each letter can be used for 4 times. How many different 10 cards can be used?

    Before going on, how do you define "10 card"?? A card with a combination of 10 of the available characters in the entire pool??
