    30's or 40's Robin Hood
    Okay here goes nothing, there are three brother rodents and they are playing 'Robin Hood' and one goes "Whoooo's going to be 'Robin Hood'"? Sorry but that's all I remember.

    Okay it was three squirrel brothers playing robin hood, and then they find a lady that needed help, then they help her out.

    The "Whoooo's going to be 'Robin Hood'" is in the animated short Robin Hood Makes Good: YouTube - robinhood makes good. But the story line in your second description doesn't match.
