What are my rights during foreclosure?
I moved into an apartment in a house 3 months ago. The lanalord and I agreed upon a 12 month lease. I recently discovered that the house in which I reside has been foreclosed upon and was in process since 2007 what are my rights should I continue to pay rent to the landlord?
