    Maytag Neptune Washer Model # MAH4000AWW. Fills with water, but will not spin.

    There are couple of things to look for , the most common thing to happen is the machine control board went bad , if it tumbles a couple times then quits , is a good indication .If your door lock light does not come on it could be your door lock mechanism.It maybe as simple as a boken belt.
