I was just wondering if someone could assist me in finding the history of my home. I have searched the internet but am at a dead end. I have just moved into a my home with my children and strange occurrences are happening. Things going bump in the night and so on. It is an older house so I would love to be able to find out some of the houses history. I thank anyone for their suggestions, and assistance.

I don't know where you're located, but if in the U.S. some places that you might try to find about the history of your home would be, the local libarary, the county clerks office, the county assessor's office, a local historical society, the abstract of your home and last but not least, neighbors who've lived in the area for a long time.
