OK, I have a new furnace in my home. It is a Goodman GKS9 and it is giving me grief. It was working fine initially, but now it seems to have become confused. It starts by not kicking on when the temperature lowers on the thermostat. I have to manually (on the thermostat that is) turn it off and then back on again to get any response... Then when it does turn on, the draft inducer starts up, the pilot light starts to glow and ignites the heating element (Three jets of blue flame) and then the Heating element turns off right before the fan kicks on and I only get luke warm air at fist and then cold air. Originally, it worked just fine, but lately it will work and then not and then work and then not and then... well you get the idea. I have already replaced the thermostat with no change and feel unqualified to venture any further without knowing what I'm doing. If anyone out there can give me some input it would be geatly appreciated. Thank you.:)

Try cleaning the flame sensor.
