How to file papers to give up my rights in Indiana?
Me and my ex split 5 years ago and we have a little girl together. We both moved on and I have another daughter with my wife and she is living with this guy who my daughter calls dad. My ex has always made it very difficult to see or spend time with her who is now 5. I don't have any kind of bond with her and she would prefer not to see me because of her mom. It is very hard on me and both of my daughters, to keep going from a family to not. My daughter with my ex is very happy with her mom and her mom's new boyfriend and I know she is well taking care of. I believe it is time for both of us to move on and for me to give up my rights on her so she can move on with her life and I need to know how to get started, any advice.

You could go down and file for custody of some sort so you can get visitation by court order. That's a concept she's just going to have to get used to ( your ex ). Also you didn't mention if your paying child support ? If your not you should be. You can start slow with maybe supervised visits and then graduate to overnight visits etc. It may take some time but you can make it happen.
