    Squeeky dryer
I need help. I have a Amana dryer that is squeeking terribly. It does not stop squeeking while it is running. I have had the front and top off while it is running. To me, the squeek is loudest in the drum and on top of the dryer. Would this indicate the guide that the drum rolls on is worn? Or am I just hearing the echo of a bad bearing coming out the top? I appreciate any help that anyone offers. Thanks

I am not privy to this particular model, but if you can see two rollers that the drum rides on in the back, then I would say it is one of these rollers.
To verify, you can (unplug 1st) by squirting some WD40 into the roller shaft. This will not fix your problem, but the sqeak might change enough for you to identify it.
