    Pet Deposit
Upon moving into my home 3.5 years ago I paid 2 different deposits (security and pet), security I understand about but the pet deposit I am confused on. My pets never did any damage to the home so shouldn't the pet deposit be refunded? It has been over 21 days and I have emailed the owner and to no avail. Please help!!

Sometimes pet deposits are not refundable. Go back and re-read your lease. It just might be that case. Or depending on what state, the landlord may have 30 days to return your pet deposit. Have they returned your regular security deposit yet?
