    Purchase of repossed mobile home
    I recently purchased a mobile home from Small Business Administration(SBA) which they said had been repossed. However, when I received the title it was still in the original owners name and was not signed by the sellers All that SBA had done was release the lien. The original owner has relocated and I have been unable to locate her. I am in Georgia and the SBA office is in Calif. My question is there anyway to have the mobile home titled in my name without going back to SBA it has taken nine months to get this far.

    The SBA has to supply you a title.
