    How to get a painless divorce?
    My brother has been in prison for the past 6 months, he wants a divorce from his wife but does not know how to go about doing it. If he feels she doesn't want to divorce him, how is it possible for him to divorce her from jail?

    Depends on the State - first, does he have grounds for divorce in your State?

    Is he in jail or prison?

    No matter how well intended people are, painless divorces are few and far between.
