    I need some information more from u... if any american wants to sponsor me then hi can or not..?. he is my friend... he is american... how can he sponsor me... when I will go back to india..?

    You are subject to 2 years rule. It means you must return to your home country and work there for 2 years before you could apply for a new visa UNLESS you can obtain a J-1 waiver.

    Please consult immigration attorney.
