    Cold air coming out of registers, furnace not on
    Have a trane LP gas furnace. The furnace is NOT running and there is cold air coming out of the registers What would cause this?? :confused:

    Cold weather. See if it stops come Spring and post back. Okay, seriously, you need to provide a little more information about the system, ductwork, and structure for anyone to make an educated guess.
