What would be the normal price to install a new hotside stem and replace a valve on the shower and install a new left and ride and shower set?

Depends on who you hire and are they supplying the parts or you. A licensed plumber may charge about $250 counting labor and service call. A handyman would be half that but not all handymen are good with plumbing.
