    Oil furnace problems
My oil funace won't come on unless you push the reset button, once the furnace runs it cycle and shuts off it won't come back on unless you push the reset button again. Is there anyone out there that can tell me what is wrong without me calling a service man?

When was the last time you had your unit serviced. I don't claim to be a master, but when did you last change the filters and oil nozzle?

pocojo is correct about the tune up/service. Oil burners should be serviced every year to prevent problems like you are having and to save $$$ since properly serviced burner will use less oil to do the job of heating your home. It is called efficiency and a inefficient burner uses more oil.
