    Weight loss?
    I tried working out I tried eating right I even tried not eating at all why can't I loose weight? Did I mess up my metablism lately I've been trying to eat a lot so my metablism can get faster and now but I'm scared I'm going to gain weight why can't I loose weight I'm young its supposed to be easy what should I do?

    Well first of all your suppose to eat as soon as you get up from bed... or your body starts develeping chromosomes and it will start feeding off your muscles... You need muscles to loose weight... If you can eat as soon as you get up and eat lunch and dinner then you should start seeing results of weight loss... if you quit eating all of a sudden then you will only lose muscle and it will be harder for you to lose fat... to lose fat quicker you don't eat candy, choclate, drink sodas, or anything with butter... ( high chlorostroal ) (sp)... If you excersise and eat right then you won't have anything to worry about... :)
