    Not as far as a public school you can't
    At least not in my area.

    If it's a private school then they might accept them but if it's a public school my experience has been that the child must live in the district where they are enrolled in school.

    What's your situation ?

    I am the residential parent of my son in toledo, I am going to marry a guy in Michigan, about 25 miles away, Can he still attend a charter school in Ohio

    Are you moving or are you staying where your at ? If you move to Mich then Ohio has the right to refuse schooling to your child if they live outside their district.

    Yeah you need to check with the school districts.
    Charter schools are a little more lenient (I think) with things like this than the public school but they are still a part of the public school system.
    So the best thing to do is check with both school districts.

    In many schools they may allow out of district students but they charge a fee. It will be up to the school district rules.
