    Baxi Luna HT330
A propane company installed a Baxi Luna HT 330 tankless gas fired combi boiler in my house 6 weeks ago. I noticed that the label reads "For use with natural gas only", but they claim it works well with propane too. I have had nothing but trouble with the unit. It runs O.K. for a while then goes out. It displays a trouble code E133 which I think means the flame keeps going out. The people who installed it can't figure out what's wrong with it. Do you have any advise?

    Hi Baxi...

Here is a link to the installation instructions for this unit. Check out pages 33 and 35 for information on properly converting this unit from natural gas to propane. Be sure that the installer followed these directions exact!

The E133 code does in fact suggest that the unit is NOT getting gas... makes me think it hasn't been set to propane use yet. If in doubt get on the phone to the manufacturer of the unit and talk to the TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT... see what they say here.

Any time there are issues like this it is always best to call the manufacturer.

Let us know how you make out please.

    Thanks...
