    Drinking & Epilepsy safe or not
    I am suffering from epilepsy for the past 12 yrs.
    I take Eptoin (phenetoin) as medication but I am also a social drinker.
    How safe it is for me? :confused:

    It is, in fact, very unsafe - read the warnings that come with the medication or speak to the prescribing Physician.

    Not a good idea to drink alcohol with your condition. Not even "socially".
