Here's how it all went down...
We did NOT date for a long time but she was the best thing I've ever had... it may sound kind of weird though...
We broke up basically because I could not control my temper at times, although she had nothing to do with it and I always avoided being in the same room when I had to get mad about stuff... and that stuff was not under my control... according to a psychologist, it's a reaction that happened to me when my body refused to admit that its in pain after a severe car accident...
Now its been over for more than a year and I can't seem to want anyone but her... and I do want her back no matter what happens... I tried emailing her a couple of days ago but she won't reply.. I now live in a different city, thought that will help me out but nothing... I want a way to be able to talk to her again and get back with her again... I have never faced an issue with girls before and this is a first... and I really do not know what to do...
Her friend seemed to be a problem too... I had a feeling whenever her friend was around, she wasn't the same... I need help and I won't take let her go for an answer... please...

I'm glad you've excused your anger, and show devotion and all.
But really, if you really love her (count to 10).. Then let her go
Stop the emails, it's nothing to do with her friend either.
