My dog had a litter of 9 pups 3 days ago and they seem to be infested with fleas. What should I do?

I bought a puppy that had fleas and here is what I had to do. There is a comb for fleas that you can get at any pet store but that won't really solve the problem it just keeps the numbers down.



What you need to do is take them to the vet because they have a different kind of solution they use on puppies. A puppy cannot handle the same strength of flea/tick killer an adult dog can. Also, after you have this put on them you either need to keep a close eye on them. I've had a dog have an allergic reaction to frontline and had to give her a bath right after they put it on.
