    Ch 7 Deed of Trust
Two questions: I am filed Ch 7. We listed all of our debts. We have a car that we want to keep. Do we need to continue to make payents on the car if we are looking to reaffirm the debt?
Second, we have a Deed of Trust on a mobile home and land. The Deed is filed at the Courthouse. We really do not want to keep the mobile home or land. What will happen to the Deed of Trust if we surrender the property? Can the court or the creditor honor the Deed of Trust?

If you want to keep the car, keep making payments on it or the debt will not be reaffirmed and you won't be able to keep the car. Don't know about the mobile home.
