I have been facing problem with Rundll32.exe (using Win2K prof.). It gets activated automatically everytime I restart my system. Due to this file my system gets very slow and it becomes very hard to work on it. I have come to know that this is a Spy program which makes copy of itself.

Is it Rundll32.exe the name of the file . Where is it stored? /windows/system/ ?

Which anti virus do you use? Do you have anti spyware?
Win2k machines are tough to handle as they do not have the features of xp like msconfig
