    Hi, skanefield!

To get an insurance quote for at least liability insurance, you would need to go to an insurance agent. Concerning being bonded, you can find bonding agents in the Yellow Pages of the phone book.

Do you know if being bonded is a requirement where you will want to be working though? If it isn't, then you can save some money by not having to pay the cost for being bonded.

    Thanks!

My friend and I are starting an in-home consumer electronics consultation business. Should we be bonded for that. We will probably not be doing a lot of installation ourselves but will be contracting. Yet, I see us getting involved a little at least to some degree.

I am going to replace a 60amp meter base with a 100amp meter base with an outside disconnect. The main service breaker box is already a 100 amp. The question is, if I ground the outside disconnect and run 4 wire to the main pannel should the main pannel stay bonded like it is now?
