    4 bulb ceiling fan
    Hampton Bay 4 bulb ceiling fan, connected black and blue wires to hot and white to neutral. Only two bulbs light up. It appears that the two that are not lit are connected to the blue wire. What could be wrong?

    Have you tried the pullchain?
