    Halo 3 Skill Level
    I understand how to get EXP. But how do you get skill level? I have a skill level right now of 9 and I don't even know how I got it. The basic question here is how do you raise your skill level in matchmaking in ranked games?

    Consistently win, the hal o3 skill system is bull.. try and get your k/d well above 0 then you will rank up faster
